Alliance Marine Crewing provides maritime crew management services including:

  • Crew recruitment and placement
  • Documentation and compliance management
  • Training and certification services
  • 24/7 crew support services
  • Insurance and medical coordination
  • Global crew change logistics

3. User Responsibilities

For Seafarers:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain valid certifications and documents
  • Comply with vessel and company policies
  • Report any changes in personal circumstances

For Employers:

  • Provide accurate vessel and position requirements
  • Ensure safe working conditions
  • Comply with maritime labor conventions
  • Make timely payments for services

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

  • Recruitment Services: Payment due upon successful placement
  • Monthly Services: Invoiced monthly, payment due within 30 days
  • Emergency Services: Premium rates apply, payment due within 15 days
  • Training Services: Payment due before course commencement

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service:

  • Crew placements may be cancelled up to 48 hours before deployment
  • Training courses may be cancelled up to 7 days before start date
  • Monthly services require 30 days written notice
  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliance Marine Crewing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or port closures.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and crew information. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Muscat, Oman.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
